- Respect and Courtesy: All members have the right to participate in club activities free from intimidation. Bullying, foul language, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Members must show courtesy and respect at all times to coaches, officials, fellow athletes, and members of other clubs.
- Care for Property: Members are expected to respect the property of Swinford Athletics Club and any venues the club visits. Parents/guardians will be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements if an athlete deliberately damages club property.
- Prohibited Substances: The use of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs during any club activities is strictly prohibited.
- Disciplinary Actions: Any disciplinary issues will be reported to the Swinford Athletics Club committee for review at their next meeting. The committee’s decision on any disciplinary action will be final.
- Training Guidelines: All members are required to adhere to the club’s Training Rules and Guidelines.
