- Every club member is entitled to enjoy his/her club activity free of any intimidation. Bullying of any description, bad language/foul play will not be tolerated at any time during club activities. Courtesy must be shown at all times to Club coaches, officials and fellow athletes including those of opposition clubs.
- Respect must be shown to the property of Swinford Athletics Club and that of any club visit. Parents/guardians are reminded that when an athlete deliberately damages club property, they will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
- The use of alcohol, tobacco or drugs during any club activities is prohibited.
- The club officials will report all disciplinary matters to the next meeting of Swinford Athletic Club committee. The committee’s decision will be final in the disciplinary action to be taken against any club athlete/official.
