Don’t forget a couple of outings to undo the Christmas excess:
Thursday 26th
Killasser – 3km or 5km from the community centre – off at 12 noon.
Friday 27th
Midfield – “Hope Rose” run – 5km from Julians – Also off at 12 noon in aid of Roisin Tansy
Please bring unwanted presents (chocolate, wine etc) for the raffle after.
Post exercise refreshments at both venues!
